Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime from the customer portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then automatically reverts to Free — your data is never deleted. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months; contact [email protected] for any billing problems.

How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly per user. When your user count crosses into a new tier, the whole subscription is billed at that tier's lower per-seat rate.
Can I change the number of users later?
Yes. Update your seat count anytime from the Stripe customer portal (linked after checkout). Changes are prorated automatically.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan. You keep your data.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Reach out to support for billing issues.
How do I sign in to my organization?
Each organization lives at its own <name>.netforce.com address — just open your org's URL directly to sign in.
